The theological insights, analytical framework, and research methodology presented in this book were originally developed through technology platforms designed to help individuals explore spiritual questions, enhance their spirituality and mental health while documenting their faith journeys.
 

The intellectual property, research data, and theological insights developed through those systems were preserved and form the foundation of this work. This is the first of several works that are currently being produced.
